Was a famous prison once, now it's a local hospital/medical school, the original cell blocks turn into inpatient rooms, the moat turn into a canal, the watch towers turn into observatories, the city built the emergency building across the canal for more efficiency need, due to the beautiful structure outside and the history in the past inside, this building become one of the most unique skyline of this island town.
